Mikron Signs Licensing Agreement with United Machining Solutions

Mikron Holding AG has entered a new licensing agreement with United Machining Solutions (UMS), previously known as United Grinding Group. This development comes after UMS acquired the Machining Solutions Division of the Georg Fischer Group. The agreement allows UMS to use the Mikron Mill trademark in their milling machine business, a continuation of the licensing relationship established in 2000.

This arrangement does not establish any structural or ownership changes between UMS and Mikron. Mikron acknowledges UMS's dedication to maintaining the brand's reputation for Swiss manufacturing excellence. Mikron remains a vital global partner in various industries, including pharmaceutical and automotive, offering innovative automation solutions and machining systems.
