Micropole is considering offers competing with that of Miramar
Micropole SA, following on from its previous communications, confirms the receipt of non-binding indicative offers from investors interested in a project competing with that of Miramar Holding SAS. These offers reveal potentially higher valuations for the company.
An electronic data room will be set up to allow selected investors to access detailed information about the company, including its business plan. This will help interested parties to formulate, where appropriate, binding offers before the deadline of May 28, 2024. Micropole has also postponed the submission of its draft note in response to Miramar's offer until May 14, 2024.
