MGI Tech Launches T7+ Sequencer in Europe at Analytica 2026

MGI Tech Co., Ltd. unveiled its T7+ high-throughput sequencer to the European market at Analytica 2026, held in Munich, Germany. This marks the instrument’s first showcase in Europe, following its global introduction in China last year. The T7+ is engineered to support various sequencing tasks, processing up to 112 whole genome sequences or 1,920 RNA-seq in one run.

The T7+ platform emphasizes integrated workflow automation, reducing manual input, enhancing efficiency, and enabling compatibility with existing lab setups. The device has already seen significant global adoption, with over 40 units installed worldwide. By launching the T7+ in Europe and Africa, MGI aims to bolster research capabilities across these regions.

Alongside the T7+, MGI presented PrepAll, an automation workstation designed for liquid handling in labs of varying sizes. This innovation builds on MGI's commitment to improving laboratory efficiency and flexibility. The company's participation in Analytica underscores its intent to penetrate the European market further.
