MGI Digital Technology: Strong Growth in 2024

MGI Digital Technology has recorded a turnover of €67.6 million for the year 2024, marking an increase of 41% compared to the previous year. This result exceeds the expectations revised at the beginning of the year. At constant scope, excluding the integration of ALTIX, growth reached 30%.

Revenue of €10 million came from a licensing agreement related to a recently resolved patent dispute. International represented 97% of the business, with growth of 42.6% to €65.3 million. Sales via Konica Minolta also increased by 8% to €42.6 million.

The second half of the year benefited from the DRUPA effect. ALTIX, integrated in the second half of the year, recorded a figure of €8.7 million. The operating margin is expected to reach around 15% with a net margin exceeding 14%, which strengthens the outlook for 2025.
