M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Plc Announces Issue of Equity
M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Plc (the “Company”) has announced that on 30 May 2024, it sold 100,000 ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 96.40 pence per share. These shares were sold at a premium to the last published net asset value.
The newly issued shares are fully paid and rank equally with the existing ordinary shares. Post-transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 141,394,239, excluding 3,351,532 shares held in treasury.
