M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc Announces Equity Issue

M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc (MGCI) has announced the sale of 100,000 ordinary shares from treasury on 16 July 2024. The shares were sold at a premium to the last published net asset value, priced at 97.70 pence per share. These shares, credited as fully paid, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

Following this transaction, the total number of issued ordinary shares stands at 142,544,239, with an additional 2,201,532 shares held in treasury. Shareholders may use this figure to determine required notifications under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
