M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Issues New Equity
On 8 July 2024, M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc announced the sale of 100,000 ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 97.50 pence per share. These shares were sold at a premium to the last published net asset value and credited as fully paid. The new shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
