Meyer Burger Technology AG has announced the sale of its subsidiary, Pasan SA, headquartered in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The transaction was finalized on January 27, 2025. The details regarding the buyer have not been disclosed. This move aligns with Meyer Burger's ongoing restructuring efforts.

Pasan is a leader in high-precision measurement technology for solar cell and module production. Established over four decades ago, Pasan employs around 30 individuals in Switzerland and operates a service team in Shanghai, China.

This divestment is part of Meyer Burger’s strategy to streamline operations and focus on its core competencies in solar technology development and production.
