Metabolic Explorer announced for liquidation by the Paris Commercial Court
Clermont-Ferrand, July 16, 2024 – Metabolic Explorer (METEX) has confirmed that the Paris Commercial Court has converted the receivership proceedings concerning METEX NØØVISTAGO and METabolic EXplorer into compulsory liquidation.
The decision follows the appointment, on July 12, 2024, by this same court of the Avril group as buyer of the activities of METEX NØØVISTAGO and part of the commercial and R&D activities of METabolic Explorer.
As a result, the listing of METabolic EXplorer shares will remain suspended until their delisting, to be carried out shortly by Euronext, rendering these shares worthless. The group's significant liabilities prevent any payment to shareholders.
