Mersen Announces Share and Voting Rights Count as of October 31, 2025

Mersen has disclosed the total number of shares and voting rights as of October 31, 2025. The company reports a total of 24,418,312 shares. In terms of voting power, the number of real voting rights is 27,036,755, while the theoretical number of voting rights amounts to 27,109,941. The real voting rights account for double voting rights and exclude shares without voting rights.
