Meridian Announces Results of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

Meridian Mining UK S (TSX:MNO)(OTCQX:MRRDF)(Frankfurt/Tradegate:2MM) shared the outcomes of its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on June 4, 2024. A total of 109,396,416 common shares were cast, representing 36.45% of the issued shares as of April 29, 2024.

Shareholders voted in favor of all items, including the re-election of Directors. The voting percentages for Directors were as follows: Bruce McLeod (99.99%), Gilbert Clark (97.27%), Adrian McArthur (99.99%), Susanne Sesselmann (96.27%), John Skinner (99.98%), Douglas Ford (99.98%), and Neil Gregson (99.98%).

Other approved matters included the reappointment of KPMG LLP and PKF Littlejohn LLP as auditors, approval of the UK 2023 Annual Accounts, and authorization for the Board to issue and allot shares. Special resolutions to disapply pre-emptive rights were also passed.
