Information on MERCIALYS voting rights

MERCIALYS has provided essential information regarding its share capital and voting rights. As of September 30, 2025, the total number of shares comprising the capital is 93,886,501. This also reflects the total number of voting rights. However, the voting rights formally exercisable at general meetings amount to 93,369,243. This difference is due to the existence of suspended or non-exercisable voting rights. These figures are communicated in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
