Crossing of Thresholds by BlackRock Inc. at MERCIALYS
On October 16, 2025, BlackRock Inc., on behalf of its clients and funds, crossed downwards the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of MERCIALYS. This crossing was announced in a letter received on October 17, 2025 by MERCIALYS. BlackRock now holds 4,646,754 shares, which represents 4.95% of the capital and voting rights. This change results from a sale of shares on the market and a reduction in shares held as collateral. In total, MERCIALYS' capital is composed of 93,886,501 shares, each share having one voting right.
