Limestone Capital Achieves Strategic Milestones in H1 2025

Berlin, 24th July 2025 - 029 Group SE has reported key strategic developments at Limestone Capital AG in the first half of 2025. The firm, known for its investments in hospitality and lifestyle, celebrated notable brand openings and acquisitions, highlighting its capability to create long-term value with leading hospitality concepts.

Aethos, a brand in Limestone's portfolio, expanded with a new hotel in Mallorca and the acquisition of Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch, which will support the Aethos London flagship. The Aethos Ericeira in Portugal continues to receive acclaim for its innovative design and has earned one of the first MICHELIN Keys in the country.

Limestone Capital also acquired a majority stake in LOISIUM Wine & Spa Hotels, initiating a €100 million investment to develop new properties in France and Italy. Additionally, a new brand, Crafted, was launched in partnership with entrepreneur Chris King, with its first property, Crafted at Powdermills, opening soon in East Sussex.
