CHAPTERS Group AG Reports Strong 2025 Results and Optimistic 2026 Outlook
CHAPTERS Group AG, a provider of mission-critical digital solutions, has released its preliminary financial results for 2025. The company recorded pro-forma revenues of approximately €193 million, marking a 53% increase from 2024. Organic revenue rose by 4.5% when excluding unique accounting impacts. Adjusted operating EBITDA improved 62% to approximately €49 million, with organic growth of 12%.
The company expects 2026 to show higher organic growth in both revenues and EBITDA, with projections in high single-digit and mid-teens percentages respectively. CHAPTERS aims to capitalize on AI advancements and automation in its operational processes. Strong growth in their Financial Technologies segment was noted, confirming the potential for merger synergies.
CEO Jan Mohr anticipates their strategy and AI initiatives will yield further tangible revenue impacts soon. CFO Marlene Carl highlighted rigorous execution in automation, simplification, and value-based pricing as crucial growth drivers.
