CHAPTERS Group AG Expands Bond Issuance by EUR 40 Million
CHAPTERS Group AG has successfully increased its 7.00% bearer bond 2025/2030 by EUR 40 million, bringing the total volume to EUR 72 million. This expansion was executed via a private placement and fits within the framework allowing for increases up to EUR 100 million.
The unsecured bonds offer a fixed annual coupon of 7.00%, payable semi-annually. They were issued at par on 8 August 2025 and are set to mature at par on 8 August 2030. CHAPTERS may issue more notes with similar terms in the future.
CEO Jan-Hendrik Mohr highlighted the strong investor demand as a vote of confidence in the company’s strategy. The additional funds will support CHAPTERS' active M&A pipeline and enhance financial flexibility for growth opportunities.
An application for the additional notes' inclusion in the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Open Market has been filed, with Quirin Privatbank AG as the paying agent.
