Medios AG Projects Continued Growth in 2025

Medios AG, a prominent player in the European specialty pharmaceutical sector, reported substantial growth for 2024 and anticipates further expansion in 2025. For 2024, Medios achieved a revenue increment of 5.5%, reaching €1.9 billion, while EBITDA pre1 saw a notable rise of 30.5% to €79 million. The EBITDA pre1 margin improved to 4.2%, from 3.4% in the previous year, driven by the acquisition of the Ceban Group.

Medios projects a revenue increase of approximately 6% for 2025, targeting around €2 billion. The company aims for EBITDA pre1 growth of 21.5%, potentially increasing the EBITDA pre1 margin to 4.8%. These forecasts consider organic growth and the full year impact of the Ceban integration. CEO Matthias Gaertner expressed confidence in maintaining Medios' positive trajectory.
