Medincell establishes a new liquidity contract with Rothschild Martin Maurel
Medincell (ISIN Code: FR0004065605) announced on September 11, 2024 the establishment of a liquidity contract with Rothschild Martin Maurel. This contract, for a renewable period of one year, concerns the animation of its ordinary shares on Euronext Paris.
The contract was established in accordance with AMF Decision No. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021 and the AMAFI Code of Ethics. The resources allocated include 8,824 securities and 466,568.49 euros.
The previous liquidity contract with Kepler Cheuvreux ended on September 10, 2024. The same resources then appeared in the liquidity account.
This initiative aims to promote the liquidity of Medincell shares on the market, in compliance with current regulations.
