MEDIA 6 shares its evolution of the number of shares and voting rights

On April 12, 2024, MEDIA 6 published information relating to its number of shares making up the capital and the total number of voting rights, in accordance with article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. The data revealed shows stability in the number of shares making up the capital, set at 2,631,250 for the months of January, February and March 2024.

Regarding voting rights, a slight variation was observed. As of January 31, 2024, the total number of theoretical voting rights was 5,055,000, with 4,796,924 exercisable rights. The number then decreased slightly in February, recording 4,804,947 theoretical voting rights and 4,547,485 exercisable ones, a trend which continued in March with similar figures.
