Stability of MEDIA 6 shares and voting rights
On February 11, 2026, MEDIA 6 published its monthly data concerning the number of shares and voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. The share capital consists of 2,631,250 shares. This stability was observed for the months of November and December 2025 and January 2026.
The total number of voting rights remains constant at 4,804,947 for theoretical rights and 4,546,726 for exercisable rights. These figures take into account shares deprived of voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation.
MEDIA 6 thus shows a notable consistency in its capital structure and in the distribution of its voting rights.
