Medacta Announces 2024 Annual General Meeting

Medacta Group SA disclosed today its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) invitation for shareholders. Scheduled for 7 May 2024, the AGM will be held at their headquarters in Rancate, Switzerland. Shareholders have the option to attend in person or vote by proxy. Medacta encourages pre-AGM submission of questions by shareholders.

The board proposes a CHF 11.0 million distribution, equating to CHF 0.55 per share, split between dividends from earnings and capital reserves. It also seeks the re-election of Dr. Alberto Siccardi as Chairman and the current board members. Furthermore, the re-election of Remuneration Committee members and the approval of maximum compensation for board and executive management members are on the agenda. The meeting will also cover the re-election of the Independent Proxy Holder and Auditors for 2023.
