McPhy Energy: Status of voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2024

McPhy Energy has published its monthly report on the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital. As of July 31, 2024, the company has 29,281,788 shares outstanding. Of these, 10,000 new shares were issued in July as part of the equity financing with Vester Finance.

The total number of voting rights attached to these shares amounts to 31,233,998 gross and 30,020,920 net. The gross figure includes all shares with voting rights, including those temporarily deprived of these rights. The net figure deducts the latter as well as the company's treasury shares.
