Opening of conciliation proceedings for McPhy Energy
On April 14, 2025, McPhy Energy, a specialist in alkaline electrolyzers, announced the opening of conciliation proceedings by the Belfort Commercial Court. This decision aims to strengthen the company's chances of finding a new partner following its financial difficulties.
The company has engaged SCP Abitbol & Rousselet as a mediator to carry out this procedure. At the same time, McPhy has launched a call for tenders for a disposal plan, allowing it to prepare for a possible partial or total sale of its assets.
An initial expression of interest has already been received from a European manufacturer. Interested parties have until May 9, 2025, to submit their offers.
