Departure of the Managing Director of McPhy Energy

On April 7, 2025, McPhy Energy announced the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jean-Baptiste Lucas, for personal reasons. The Board of Directors formalized this decision at its meeting on April 4. McPhy, a manufacturer of alkaline electrolyzers, is initiating a search process to find a successor, in collaboration with the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Lucas will continue to serve until his successor is appointed, and no later than July 31, 2025. Luc Poyer, Chairman of the Board of Directors, praised Mr. Lucas's work, emphasizing his availability and courage in a demanding context.
