MAX Automation SE Announces Leadership Changes
MAX Automation SE has announced significant changes to its leadership team. Effective 1 April 2026, Oliver Jaster will assume the role of Managing Director and CEO. This decision comes as Dr. Ralf Guckert steps down from both the Managing Directorate and the Supervisory Board on 31 March 2026. Despite stepping down, Dr. Guckert will continue to serve as Chairman of the Management Board of Vecoplan AG, a subsidiary of MAX Automation SE.
Oliver Jaster, who has been affiliated with the Supervisory Board since 2013, will take on the role on an interim basis. The Board believes Jaster's extensive knowledge and involvement in daily operations position him well to steer the company through this phase. Additionally, efforts to identify a long-term successor are underway.
