Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits Publishes Monthly Declaration of Voting Rights and Shares
Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (MBWS) has announced its monthly declaration of the total number of voting rights and shares as of June 30, 2024. This declaration is in accordance with Article L233-8II of the Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
The company's share capital comprises 111,989,823 shares. The total number of voting rights stands at 138,410,531, which includes treasury shares. The number of exercisable voting rights, after deducting treasury shares, is 138,304,920.
The bylaws of MBWS include a clause requiring the disclosure of any crossing of statutory thresholds, in addition to the legal thresholds.
