Manitou Group Approves 2024 Financial Statements and Dividend Distribution
On June 12, 2025, Manitou Group held its Annual General Meeting at its headquarters in Ancenis, led by Chairwoman Jacqueline Himsworth. Shareholders holding 34,418,792 shares, representing 89.94% of voting shares, participated. The meeting approved the financial statements for the fiscal year 2024 and agreed to distribute a €1.25 dividend per share, payable on June 18th.
