Manitou Announces Information Availability for Combined General Meeting on June 13, 2024
On May 23, 2024, Manitou BF announced the availability of documents for the upcoming Combined General Meeting scheduled for June 13, 2024. The meeting will take place at the company's registered office in Ancenis-Saint Géréon.
The meeting agenda and draft resolutions were published in the BALO on May 6, 2024. These notices will also be published in Ouest France on May 27, 2024. Preparatory documents, as per Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code, can be accessed on Manitou’s website.
Shareholders can obtain the full text of the documents to be presented at the meeting at the company's registered office starting from the date of the notice's publication. Requests for documents and information can also be made to Manitou’s legal service up to five days before the meeting.
Manitou, known for its expertise in handling, aerial work platforms, and earth moving, had a turnover of €2.9 billion in 2023.
