Evolution of MACOMPTA.FR shareholding
On January 16, 2025, MACOMPTA.FR announced significant changes to its shareholder structure. The company, which specializes in software solutions for small businesses, saw a significant increase in the share of the float. It increased from 8.24% to 14.37% between October 15, 2024 and January 3, 2025.
This development is mainly due to a decrease in the share of historical shareholders, which fell from 20.11% to 13.91%. In addition, LIMULE CAPITAL, a holding company wholly owned by Sylvain HEURTIER, slightly increased its stake from 71.09% to 71.16%.
These changes reflect an important dynamic in the life of the company, potentially reflecting increased investor interest in its development prospects.
