M1 Kliniken AG: Management Board Confirms Growth Targets
Berlin, 21 June 2024 - As announced on 20 June 2024, Management Board member Attila Strauss has sold part of his stake in M1 Kliniken AG for personal financial reasons. Mr. Strauss continues to hold a tangible stake of over 2.3% in the company.
Mr. Strauss emphasised his ongoing commitment to M1 Kliniken AG. He stated that the company has excellent growth opportunities in the global beauty market. The latest business figures and forecasts indicate planned sales growth of up to 30% and an increase in EBIT of up to 40% in 2024. The management strategy and strong market position give him confidence in the future.
The Group's medium-term forecast aims for M1 to operate 150 to 200 specialist medical centres by the end of 2029. This expansion should generate revenue between EUR 200 and 300 million with an EBIT margin of at least 20%. In 2023, the Beauty segment generated revenue of around EUR 70.8 million with 58 locations.
