Declaration of voting rights and shares of L'Oréal as of November 30, 2025
L'Oréal has released its latest share and voting rights figures for November 30, 2025, in accordance with the guidelines of the French Commercial Code and the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority). The share capital amounts to €106,756,604.80, divided into 533,783,028 shares.
The actual and theoretical number of voting rights is identical, totaling 533,783,028, after deduction of treasury shares and according to Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation.
With a portfolio of 37 brands, L'Oréal continues to solidify its position as the world's leading beauty company. Fortune magazine named the company Europe's most innovative in 2025.
