Lonza Nominates David Meline as Independent Board Member

Lonza Group AG has nominated David Meline as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors. Shareholders will vote on his election at the Annual General Meeting in May 2025. Meline brings significant governance, financial, and industry experience to the company.

Meline has held key financial roles in companies like Moderna and Amgen. At Moderna, he served as CFO during the COVID-19 pandemic. With experience across various industries, including biotech and automotive, he is also a board member at HP Inc and others.

Olivier Verscheure will not seek re-election in 2025. Serving since 2018, he contributed digital expertise to the board. Chairman Jean-Marc Huët praised Meline's industry knowledge and Verscheure's service.
