Logic Instrument acquires DISTRAME SAS and aims for a turnover of 100 million EUR by 2027
On November 17, 2025, Logic Instrument announced the acquisition of DISTRAME SAS, a company specializing in test and measurement solutions, thereby strengthening its market presence. DISTRAME, with revenues of €26 million and positive cash flow, is a leader in instrumentation for various sectors such as defense and industry.
With this integration, Logic Instrument expects to reach €100 million in revenue within two years. The acquisition was completed for €2.7 million through the issuance of new shares. This transaction strengthens synergies in test, measurement, and energy efficiency solutions, aiming to meet the needs of entities such as EDF and the CNRS.
Despite this expansion, risk factors remain, notably the volatility of shares which can negatively impact their price.
