Logic Instrument acquires Artic to strengthen its industrial computing offering

On November 14, 2024, ARCHOS announced that Logic Instrument, its subsidiary specializing in rugged mobile solutions, will acquire Artic, an expert in industrial computing for 30 years. Artic collaborates in particular with Dassault Aviation and Thales, and this acquisition will be effective on January 6, 2025. This strategic operation aims to solidify Logic Instrument's position in the field of critical systems for defense and heavy industry.

With this acquisition, Logic Instrument integrates Artic's expertise in three key areas: industrial board integration, legacy system maintenance and infrastructure modernization consulting. This will improve the reliability and sustainability of critical systems used by major defense accounts.
