Lithium South Prepares for Share Buyout and Delisting

Lithium South Development Corp. has announced the payout of CAD$0.505 per common share to shareholders, set for May 15, 2026. This follows the receipt of funds from Posco Argentina S.A.U. The Plan of Arrangement will close on the same date, pending TSXV Venture Exchange approval.

Registered shareholders need to submit a Letter of Transmittal to receive their cash consideration, while others will receive it through their brokerage or bank. Furthermore, the company aims to delist its common shares from trading on TSXV and OTCQB markets. Details will be confirmed soon.

President and CEO Adrian F. C. Hobkirk emphasized the strategic adjustments. The company has also applied to cease being a reporting issuer. TSXV has not reviewed or accepted responsibility for the content of the release.
