LightOn Announces Voting Rights and Share Capital Update
Paris-based company LightOn has disclosed the total number of voting rights and shares in its share capital as of November 30, 2025. The firm reported a total of 6,432,372 shares and 9,950,646 voting rights. This announcement aligns with the requirements of the French Commercial Code and the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority.
LightOn, established in 2016, is known as Europe's first generative AI company to be listed on Euronext Growth. It offers strategic independence through its Paradigm platform, enabling secure large-scale AI deployments for various industries, including finance, health, and defense. The company is also recognized as "Innovative" by Bpifrance.
