Lhyfe, an independent producer of green hydrogen, has communicated the total number of shares and voting rights making up its share capital as of June 30, 2024. This information is provided in accordance with article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Authority financial markets.

As of June 30, 2024, the share capital of Lhyfe consisted of 47,943,848 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 82,148,101, while the number of exercisable voting rights amounted to 82,070,044. The difference is due to the 78,057 treasury shares held by the company, which are deprived of voting rights.
