Lhyfe to supply green hydrogen to H2 MOBILITY Deutschland

Lhyfe has signed its first green hydrogen supply contract in Germany with H2 MOBILITY Deutschland. The five-year contract covers the delivery of more than 1,200 tonnes of hydrogen.

The hydrogen will be produced in the future Lhyfe plant in Schwäbisch Gmünd, the largest in Baden-Württemberg. The first deliveries will be to filling stations in Mannheim, Heidelberg, Ludwigshafen and Frankenthal. Supplies will begin in 2025 in Ludwigshafen and Frankenthal.

Luc Graré de Lhyfe and Frank Fronzke of H2 MOBILITY are delighted with this collaboration. Both stress the importance of this partnership to accelerate the transition to sustainable transport.

Currently, H2 MOBILITY operates around 80 refueling stations in Germany for fuel cell vehicles. This network is constantly expanding to meet the growing demand for hydrogen.
