Update of Lhyfe shares and voting rights

Lhyfe, a French company specializing in the production of green hydrogen, has published an update on the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital as of November 30, 2025. This information complies with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority.

As of November 30, 2025, Lhyfe had a total of 48,082,596 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 81,021,685, while the exercisable voting rights were slightly lower, at 81,014,778. This difference stems from the 6,907 treasury shares held by the company, which are exempt from voting rights.

Lhyfe, listed on Euronext Paris, is thus continuing its mission to decarbonize industry and mobility through the production of renewable hydrogen.
