Filing of the 2024 Universal Registration Document by Lhyfe
Lhyfe, a company specializing in the production of green hydrogen, announced that it had filed its Universal Registration Document for 2024 with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on April 29, 2025. This document includes the annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2024, the management report, and the corporate governance report.
In addition to the auditors' reports, it also describes the share buyback program and the fees paid to the auditors. The document is available on Lhyfe's website, in the investors section.
