Progress report for Versity SA: Restructuring and outlook

Versity SA, listed on Euronext Access+, has announced significant developments in its business. The company recently completed the restructuring of INEUF.com, optimizing its performance. This site dedicated to new real estate now presents more than 120,000 lots for sale, strengthening its leading position.

With a view to innovation, an artificial intelligence agent was deployed to support the company's 340 sales representatives. This technology aims to improve sales conversion rates.

A strategic partnership is also being finalized with a major player in the French market, with an announcement planned for March 2025. In addition, legal proceedings have been initiated against Capital Système Investissements to defend shareholders' rights.

Versity forecasts strong revenue growth for 2025, driven by partnerships and expansion. A new auditor has been appointed, facilitating the resumption of listing, with the publication of audited accounts expected by the end of April.
