Leifheit AG Proposes Increased Dividend and Special Dividend for 2024

Leifheit AG has announced a proposal to increase its ordinary dividend to EUR 1.15 per share for the financial year 2024, up from the previous year's EUR 0.95. This move is part of its strategy to focus on shareholder value. Additionally, a special dividend of EUR 0.05 per share is suggested, reflecting the company's robust liquidity position, despite being lower than last year's EUR 0.10.

The decision aligns with Leifheit AG's policy to distribute around 75% of its net result or free cash flow as dividends. The proposed total dividend payout is expected to be EUR 11,070,396.00, accounting for current treasury shares that do not receive dividends. This announcement underscores the company's solid financial status, evidenced by improved free cash flow and a shareholder-centric approach.

The Annual General Meeting on 28 May 2025 will finalize the proposal. Leifheit plans to provide strategic updates in its annual report due on 9 April 2025.
