Leifheit AG Proposes Increased and Special Dividends for 2024

Leifheit Aktiengesellschaft, based in Nassau, Germany, has announced a proposal for an increased ordinary dividend of EUR 1.15 for each eligible share for the financial year 2024. This decision aligns with the company's policy of distributing around 75% of net results or free cash flow as dividends.

In addition, a special dividend of EUR 0.05 per eligible share is proposed, aiming to share the company's strong liquidity position with its shareholders. Last year, shareholders received an ordinary dividend of EUR 0.95 plus a special dividend of EUR 0.10 per share. The proposed total dividend of EUR 1.20 equates to a payout of EUR 11,070,396.00, excluding the company's 774,670 treasury shares which are non-dividend bearing.

The final decision will be made during the Annual General Meeting on 28 May 2025. The 2024 Annual Report will be released on 9 April 2025.
