Legal Form Change of ABO Wind AG to GmbH & Co. KGaA Completed
The legal transformation of ABO Wind AG into a partnership limited by shares (GmbH & Co. KGaA) has been finalized with its registration in the Wiesbaden District Court’s commercial register. This conversion, decided at the Annual General Meeting on 27 October 2023, renames the company as “ABO Energy GmbH & Co. KGaA”. From now on, it will operate under HRB 35117 in the commercial register of Wiesbaden.
The stock exchange listing of the shares remains unaffected. Ahn & Bockholt Management GmbH is the new personally liable partner, and previous Managing Board members have become Managing Directors of Ahn & Bockholt Management GmbH. Matthias Bockholt will step down as Managing Director at the end of the day.
The Supervisory Board will stay the same. ABO Energy GmbH & Co. KGaA will continue its current business model, focusing on environmentally friendly energy projects.
