LECTRA: Monthly declaration of the total number of shares and voting rights

Lectra has published its monthly declaration relating to the total number of shares and voting rights making up its share capital as of May 31, 2024.

The total number of shares amounts to 37,878,333. The gross total of voting rights is 38,070,982, while the net total of voting rights, which excludes shares deprived of voting rights held in its own right, is of 38,039,126.

This declaration complies with articles L.233-8 II of the Commercial Code and 223-11 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The company specifies that apart from the thresholds provided for by law, no particular statutory obligation in terms of crossing thresholds is required.
