Leclanché SA, a major player in energy storage, announced key decisions from its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), held in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland. Shareholders approved converting CHF 17.7 million debt into equity, fortifying the company's financial base. This move enhances Leclanché's capacity for growth in the e-Mobility sector.
The AGM also saw the approval of an increase in share capital by CHF 11,287,676.20, raising it to CHF 113,829,974.60. Additionally, the conditional capital and adoption of a capital band were ratified, granting the Board expanded flexibility.
