Leclanché requests an extension for its 2025 annual report
Leclanché SA has announced that it has submitted a request for an extension to publish its 2025 annual report. Initially postponed to May 31, 2026, the deadline could be extended to July 31, 2026. The decision of the Issuers Committee of the SIX Exchange Regulation is still pending.
Consequently, the company's registered shares will be temporarily suspended from trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange as of June 1, 2026. This measure complies with Article 57 of the SIX Listing Rules, pending the publication and filing of the annual report.
To support its continued operations, Leclanché is in advanced discussions with a strategic partner for financing. A framework agreement is in sight to strengthen its financial position.
