Leadership Transition in DEMIRE's Supervisory Board

DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG has announced a significant change in its Supervisory Board. Prof. Dr. Kerstin Hennig stepped down on May 1, 2024, and Ernö Theuer has been appointed as her successor. Theuer, a seasoned investor and managing partner at CRESPI Group, brings extensive experience in business and investment management to DEMIRE.

Markus Hofmann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed gratitude towards Prof. Dr. Hennig for her contributions and welcomed Theuer, anticipating that his business acumen and investment expertise will be invaluable to the board. Theuer also actively participates in civic initiatives, demonstrating leadership in various sectors.
