Leadership Transition at Marley Spoon Group SE
Marley Spoon Group SE announced a significant change in its Management Board leadership. Fabian Siegel will step down as Chairman of the Management Board of both Marley Spoon Group SE and Marley Spoon SE, effective June 26, 2024. The decision was made by mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board.
From June 27, 2024, Daniel Raab, the current Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of Chairman of the Management Board for both entities. Additionally, Nasreen Abduljaleel and Federico Rossi have been appointed as new members of the Management Board, serving as Chief Technology and Product Officer and Chief Marketing Officer respectively, starting on the same date.
The company emphasized the mutual consent in Siegel's departure and highlighted the importance of the new appointments in driving future growth and innovation.
