Leadership Transition Announced at Lindt & Sprüngli Group Management

Chocoladefabriken Lindt & Sprüngli AG declared a significant change in its group management on March 1, 2024. Rolf Fallegger, a longstanding member of the management team, will retire by the end of June 2024. Succeeding him, Ana Dominguez is appointed to take over responsibilities starting July 1, 2024.

Throughout his tenure since 1997, Fallegger has held various leadership roles within the company, eventually taking charge of the North American region most recently. The group's CEO, Adalbert Lechner, expressed gratitude for Fallegger’s contributions towards the company's growth and wished him well for his retirement.

Ana Dominguez, set to assume Fallegger's role, currently oversees Lindt & Sprüngli’s operations in the USA. With a background in Industrial Engineering and International Business, Dominguez brings over three decades of experience in multinational firms to her new role. Her primary focus will be on the company’s expansion in North America, including overseeing Lindt & Sprüngli USA, Canada, and Mexico, as well as Ghirardelli Chocolate Company and Russell Stover Chocolates. The Board of Directors has extended their congratulations to Dominguez on her appointment, anticipating continued success under her leadership.
